We are an Australian owned parking software and hardware company. We have been in the parking market for over seven years and we currently operate in numerous states across including New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria and Western Australia.
DIVVY’s vision is simple and making our cities smarter through improved connectivity is in our DNA – We aim to maximise the utilisation of the car park and the convenience of access, use and management for the benefit of the property owners, tenants and customers by the application of market leading technology using a combination of both hardware and software.
DIVVY has parking available in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth. However, as we have new locations popping up all the time, make sure to perform a quick search for your desired area. If no spaces are available in your location, let us know via our helpdesk at helpdesk@divvyparking.com so we can add this area to our hit list or update you on any new locations that may be coming soon!
When you create an account with DIVVY, we will generate a unique QR code and 8-digit pin that is specific to you only. Your unique QR code will allow you access to the car park or asset you have booked. Your 8-digit pin code on your account (located under your QR code) can also be used as an alternative for entry/exit. We suggest writing this pin code down and keeping it in your car as a backup in your phone dies!
Your QR code is the square shaped image on the ‘Entry’ tab of the DIVVY App. Your QR code is read by our access controller when you arrive at your secure parking destination. Simply hold your QR code 20cm from the device, once successfully read, the parking barrier will open.
There will be times when we perform upgrades and older versions of the DIVVY App will no longer work. Simply download the latest version from the App Store or Google Play to get it working again and experience new features and enhancements. If you’re having issues with the App we suggest deleting the App and reinstalling it. If this does not help, please contact our support team on helpdesk@divvy.com.au and they can assist you with further troubleshooting.
You can access your bookings through your DIVVY Account. Sign In to your account on the DIVVY website and click ‘Account’ on the top right corner and then scroll down to ‘Booking History’. You will find all your booking history here.
Sign In to your DIVVY account, click ‘Account’ on the top right and scroll down to the heading ‘My Car Spaces Payment’. Alternatively, you can change it on the DIVVY mobile app by signing in, going to ‘Settings’ and ‘Account information’.
Before you reset your password, remember you used a capital letter and a number in your password – this might help jolt your memory. You can reset your password here (link to https://enterprise.divvyparking.com/Account/ResetPassword). Don’t forget to use at least one capital letter and a number.
Please note if you have signed up with Facebook or Apple rather than email, then you cannot change your password via DIVVY, you will need to change your password with Facebook/Apple.
This can be done on the DIVVY app or website. On the website go to ‘Account’, and select ‘Change Your Password’. On the app go to ‘Settings’ and ‘Account information’ and press ‘Edit’. It’s as simple as that!

If there is a price change for the space you have booked while you have an active booking with us, we will give you 30 days’ notice before the price change comes into effect.
No problem, we cater for motorcycles and most large cars. Before you finalise your booking, on every one of our spaces it contains details specifying what type of vehicle it fits, just refer to this to see if it is suitable for your vehicle. Make sure to check out the entry height located in the listing to ensure your car can safely enter and exit the car park.
DIVVY offers hourly, daily and monthly parking. All parking with DIVVY can be booked up to 30 days in advance of your start date.
For hourly parking, choose your date, then booking start time and booking end time. You can book on the hour, for an hour, or on the half hour, for an hour (or more). Pricing may differ depending on what day you are booking for (weekday or weekend) and what time (daytime or evening).
For daily parking, choose your start date, then depending on the car park or desired location, we offer all day, day, evening or specific access times. If you require day and evening parking, you’ll need to make two bookings as prices differ.
For monthly parking, select your start date and choose a carpark location. Parking may be 24/7 or Monday to Friday so make sure to double check before proceeding with making your booking.
All prices are inclusive of GST and levies. DIVVY does not charge booking fees; however a card payment surcharge will be added to your booking. DIVVY’s card payment surcharge pricing is in accordance with the ACCC. Please visit the ACCC website for more information. All Guidelines can be found at https://www.accc.gov.au/consumers/prices-surcharges-receipts/credit-debit-prepaid-card-surcharges. You will be shown the amount on checkout before confirming and paying for your booking. The card payment surcharges charged by DIVVY are below:

A Monthly booking may be cancelled with 30 days’ notice. We know that sometimes things are out of your control or you need to cancel your booking last minute, so for casual parking (daily or hourly) you can cancel up to the minute before your booking start date and time.
For monthly parking, email us at helpdesk@divvyparking.com and we will process your cancellation request.
For daily or hourly parking, you can cancel your booking directly via the DIVVY App if the booking is yet to start. To cancel, on the DIVVY app select ‘Bookings’, click on the booking you’re wanting to cancel and then scroll to the bottom of that booking and press “Cancel booking”.
Daily and Hourly bookings need to be cancelled before the booking begins. If you want to cancel your booking after it begins please contact our helpdesk at helpdesk@divvyparking.com who will free this space up for others to book. However, please note in order to receive a refund for your booking you will need to cancel prior to the booking commencing.
Rebook for the correct date/time/location and cancel the incorrect booking directly via the DIVVY app, or email us immediately at helpdesk@divvyparking.com. Once cancelled, you will be refunded within 1-5 business days.
DIVVY will provide a refund should your space be taken, or you have been unable to access the car park. We will refund you back to the credit card on the booking and this will be for the days where parking was affected only. Please note that DIVVY can only provide refunds in relation to your booking and cannot cover costs of parking with other operators or other car parks.
When you’re accessing a Drive Up DIVVY location that has a payment device rather than a QR Code reading device, simply approach the boom gate, and stop at our DIVVY device located before the entry. You then select ‘Enter’ and will be asked to tap your card to pay the daily rate. When you’re ready to leave the car park, approach the exit boom gate in your vehicle and it will open automatically.
DIVVY currently offers Drive Up parking in Sydney’s Norwest Business Park. Watch this space for newly available car parks coming soon!
