Free Up My Space is a market first feature which allows parkers to free up their parking bay if they’re not using it. This feature is particularly effective with staff who have allocated parking spaces of their own. We can turn this feature on for some or all staff to allow more staff the opportunity to fit into your car park when people are on annual leave, sick leave, work part time or don’t drive.

Book On Behalf is a feature DIVVY developed for the management of visitor parking. Chosen staff members can be given access to the Admin Portal which will allow them to book parking on a visitors behalf. This will reserve a visitor parking bay for the visitor for the length of stay chosen and then email the visitor with a QR code which they can only use once to get through the boom gates to the allocated visitor parking. This also provides the reporting functionality to show how many visitors you’re receiving and whether you can reduce or increase the number of bays allocated to this group.
